Packages are mailed through USPS will get a tracking number sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.

Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

 If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS for additional info. 

WE, DSTAR LASHES, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

If you input an incorrect address during checkout and your package hasn’t been sent out yet, DM us IMMEDIATELY. Though if your package has already been sent out, you need to contact USPS to change your address. 

If your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible to repay the shipping fee, and the package will be held until shipping has been repaid.  

*If you have concerns or questions about delays in the process of shipping, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS.*

1. DOMESTIC ORDERS

PROCESSING : 3-7 business days

RECEIVING PARCEL : 5-7 business days (Domestic) *NOT including delays.

We cannot guarantee there will be no delays with USPS. If your package is delayed, it is not our responsibility and we appreciate your patience in receiving your package. 

1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

¡ If the website says you cannot order from the country you are in, please DM us & let us know what country it is, so we can find out the shipping costs for you & add your country to our list !

PROCESSING : 3-7 business days

RECEIVING PARCEL : 10-35 business days (International) *NOT including delays. 

*Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. *
